Jane Gharfeh didn’t embark on a real estate career just for its business and investment opportunities. She chose it for the smiles on her clients’ faces after helping make their home dreams come true. Whether they’re buying or selling, Jane knows the key to her clients’ satisfaction is her seamless real estate service — one defined by her honesty, work ethic, and negotiation tactics. 

A native of Bowie, Maryland, Jane has lived in and loved the DMV region her whole life. She grew up learning the value of hard work by working with her family’s successful restaurant and glass contracting businesses, and she later managed an assisted living home. While caring for seniors, Jane gained a deeper appreciation for the quality of life and was inspired to do more for people through real estate. 

Jane studied real estate, business, and finance so she could guide her clients more effectively. She expertly advises them on everything from resales and property management to determining the integrity of a home and highlighting its aesthetics to maximize its value and equity. She explains, navigates, and commands every transaction with total confidence. Jane also has access to exclusive listings before they hit the market! 

In her downtime, Jane enjoys hiking, the mountains, the beaches, and shopping. She loves spending time with her friends and large family and giving back to her community through her church and local organizations, including the Salvation Army and Habitat for Humanity.
